D.O.MICO OSTEOPATH
Nigel has been teaching Spinal/Pelvic Mechanics and Technique at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels in both UK and European Osteopathic Colleges. He provides treatment for individuals ranging from pregnancy to newborn babies, athletes/dancers (including sports injury rehabilitation), and the elderly (addressing issues from arthritis to sports injuries).

Over the recent years, he has conducted research and studies on rehabilitation, strength, balance, and flexibility, specializing in working with athletes and dancers. Nigel is incredibly passionate about his work and adopts a holistic approach to address the root cause, not just the symptoms.
Nigel also treats peripheral joint conditions, including hips, knees, ankles, feet, shoulders, elbows, wrists, and hand conditions.
