An absolute gem! I found this place through a voucher. I used the Infrared Sauna, what a lovely experience. The gym and studios are so much larger than you would imagine and beautifully equipped. The sauna was secluded and very professionally laid out. A wonderful immune treatment for the winter months. I will book again.
I have been visiting the Bodywise Gym for well over a year now. I take lessons in Pilates and also in Nia Fusion. I have been absolutely delighted with the experience. The staff are warm, welcoming, efficient and sensitive. The building is immaculately clean. All the teachers are caring and considerate with a huge love of the skills they wish to impart to their pupils. I have also visited the beautician and been delighted with that experience too.

We are not a traditional health club and more than just a gym. We are a boutique fitness and wellbeing space.
Bodywise Boutique Wellness experience is intimate, exclusive, trendy, and fun.
