Have you got a question about our club?

Learn all about our Bodywise Boutique Wellness and why we’re the right one for you. We have collected some of the most frequently asked questions that we receive below. We’ve tried to provide the best answers, but if there is something that we missed, please reach out and a member of our staff will get in touch with you!

CAN I USE YOUR FACILITIES IF I SIGN UP TODAY?

Yes, when you join you will receive immediate confirmation of your membership. You can visit us at reception where we’ll set up your access to the facilities. Or you can download member app Clubright

DO I NEED A MEMBER APP?

Yes, the Member app will give you an access code to the club. When you login, you will get access to your dashboard. Bring your phone with you to the club and scan the QR code upon arrival. With a member app it is easy to book classes, buy credits for services, review your health questionnaire and a lot more. If you don't have a smartphone we can issue you with a key fob but you will need to check availability of classes and make bookings through our website by logging to your member profile Member Login, by phone or at the desk. Those on pay as you go terms, will be asked to pay for classes, day passes and infrared sauna sessions in advance.

CAN I BOOK AS MANY CLASSES AS I WANT?

If you are a 'Wellbeing' member, you get unlimited access to all of our 40+ classes each week, depending on availability and spaces. 'Just Gym' members can purchase class passes at reception or online.

DO YOU HAVE PARKING FACILITIES?

Free parking is available for Members, Guests, and Visitors in the public Village Hall car park on Hollands Way, Warnham, RH12 3RH. Just behind the Bodywise.

CAN I PARK IN FRONT OF THE CLUB?

You may not leave your car in front of the Club, Church street or Wyvern Place. Any Member, Guest or Visitor found to be in breach of this rule may be refused admission or may have their membership suspended or terminated.

DO YOU OFFER TRIAL MEMBERSHIPS?

You can trial Bodywise membership on pay as you go terms. Just go to Pay As You Go section and choose the best option for you.

CAN MY FRIEND USE MY MEMBERSHIP?

Your friends cannot use your membership but you can bring a friend on the guest pass. Please ask reception team about the guest pass.

HOW CAN I TERMINATE MY MEMBERSHIP?

We hope you don't need to. But if you do, please send us an email request to contact@bodywise.co.uk of your membership termination. Specify your reason and provide the postcode for verification. You are required to give us 30 days notice, so there will be one last payment after termination submitted.

CAN I FREEZE MY MEMBERSHIP IF I GO ON HOLIDAY?

Yes for 1 month only. Let us know over email in advance (5 working days before your recurring membership payment) so we can freeze for you.

DO YOU HAVE CHANGING FACILITIES?

We do! We have changing rooms, showers and lockers.
